Re-enrollment (2nd year and later)

You are currently enroled in the Doctoral Program InfoMaths in one of the affiliated Institutions


You have already submitted a progress report to the Doctoral School and received a favorable evaluation from the Thesis Commission:

You may proceed to SIGED and initiate your re-enrolment in the Doctoral School InfoMaths. Note that the actual procedure may depend on the  affiliated institution.


The online system for applications for re-enrolment to the Doctoral School InfoMaths is : https://dossier-ed.liris.cnrs.fr/. In view of the current health situation, the deadline for submission of applications is exceptionally set at 20 June 2021 (instead of 15 June as every year).


We invite you to consult the attached table [PDF - 376 Ko]for a complete list of required documents to include in the application for re-enrolment. The complete application (in the form of a single pdf file) must be submitted online at the dedicated site dossier-ed.liris.cnrs.fr/
First year students applying for enrolment in D2 must include:


  • The file name must include your full name, specialty (computer science or mathematics) and the current year of enrollment in the doctoral program in the following format: SurnameFirstnameSpecialtyDn.pdf (example: JeanDupontInformatiqueD1.pdf or PaulMartinMathématiquesD2.pdf). 

Notes

Those students who enroled in their first year of doctoral studies in the academic year N/N+1 after March 1st of the calendar year N+1 are exempted from submitting a complete progress report as outlined above but are nevertheless required to submit a letter specifying the date of first enrollment and their research perspectives for the upcoming academic year, proof of financial support for the subsequent year, the Protocol Signature Page of the Doctoral Charter and the Individual Doctoral Training Agreement. 

Financial Support

If you are not in possession of proof of financial support prior to June 22, you may request your thesis advisor to make a statement with the expected sources of financial support for the subsequent year along with the amount of support.
